This was made known in a statement by Eunice Akro, Assistant Director, Press and Publicity in the Ministry of Health, (FMOH), in Abuja. Naija News reports that the appointment of Ahmed takes effect on Feb. 16, 2020. In a statement to congratulate the new medical director, the Minister of State for Health, Sen. Olorunnimbe Mamora urged Ahmed to do his best at improving on the achievements already attained at the hospital. “This can be achieved by treating patients with respect. Most of the 1.5 million homeless schoolchildren stayed with other families or friends after losing their homes. But 7% lived in abandoned buildings or cars, the  report by the National Centre for Homeless Education  showed.
